Mrs. Pridgen is responsible for the overall administration of the Hamilton Center and provides assistance to the Director and Associate Director. She manages the human resources and payroll functions of the Center and provides administrative, academic and fiscal support to all Center employees.  She manages all travel-related transactions, Pcard reconciliation, and coordinates Faculty Activity Reports and Effort Reports. Mrs. Pridgen is also responsible for Promotion and Tenure. She earned her B.S. from the University of Florida.
