Drayton is an Academic Programs Specialist at the Hamilton Center for Classical and Civic Education. In this role, he helps direct the Center’s undergraduate and graduate student programming initiatives. He also manages the America in the World Consortium—a research partnership of schools focused on preparing the next generation to confront geopolitical challenges and advance American national interests and values abroad. Drayton previously served as the Program Manager for the Consortium at the University of Texas-Austin’s Clements Center for National Security.

Drayton has participated in several higher education initiatives including working in advancement, recruitment, and acting as a liaison between universities and their constituents. He has also engaged with civil society efforts focused on international religious freedom. Drayton earned a bachelor’s degree in History and Classics from Samford University and a master’s in Global Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Austin’s Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs.
